20 years of experience in supercomputing
MePreCiSa is a research project coordinated from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) by the Computational Biology group. Our work focuses on the development of strategies and approaches to improve diagnosis and treatment selection based on individual characteristics. One of our key lines of research is personalised medicine, which includes the work we do within the MePreCiSa project.
As part of the BSC we have a team specialised in high-performance computing (HPC), and one of the most powerful infrastructures in Europe to achieve the objectives proposed in MePreCiSa.
